REFUND POLICY
Customers must contact Kiwi Bike Log immediately in order for consideration of a refund.
Kiwi Bike Log accepts the Return of Products and agree to provide Refunds through 2CO for Customers who initiate either a Return or begin Chargeback activity through 2CO, the Card association, the Card issuer, or the depository bank.
Kiwi Bike Log will not reduce the amount of a Refund by the assessment of a "restocking fee" or any other charge (including shipping charges) for any Return that occurs in accordance with Kiwi Bike Log's Return Policy, or for any Refund that is initiated by 2CO.
